Cancelation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your charter, please call, text or email and we will find a new time that works, or your deposit will be refunded.  Captain reserves the right to cancel or cut short a trip due to weather or any other safety concern.  Charter guests may choose to end their trip early for any reason.  Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to forfeiture of some or all of the deposit.
