The Jenny Lynn is a spacious 200 square foot 26’ tri-toon paired with a Mercury Pro XS. She’s unique among pontoon boats being a center console, and is completely customized to be a fishing machine without sacrificing one bit of comfort. She sports 4 fishing chairs at the corners and couch seating for 4 midship. Jenny Lynn is both wheel chair and handicap friendly, with just a 2 inch step to board.
While you’re always welcome to bring your favorite rod, I do provide braided spinning gear which accommodates both righties and lefties. Whether we are fishing for stripers, flounder, tog or sharks, I have the appropriately weighted gear for each featuring Shimano, St. Croix and OTI rods paired with okuma reels. Bait, rigs, weights and jigs are all included.
The Jenny Lynn features state of the art technology, the most important of which is the Minn Kota trolling motor. With a remote control, I can control and adjust the drifts from anywhere on the boat, and with a push of a button instantly set a “virtual anchor”. With 3 fishfinders, including a side scanning unit, the fish have no where to hide!
Comfort is a top priority on the Jenny Lynn, which starts with the Bimini Top providing both protection from the sun and those annoying summertime showers. Also on board are full rain suits which double as wind breaking gear, or simply as another layer for warmth. Jenny Lynn features a six speaker stereo system for those tunes, and cup holders for those drinks. She has a community cooler for the fish, as well as cooler bags for food and drinks If needed. Rags are provided, as is Captain Ron’s bug spray. And of course, perhaps most important is the full size water flush toilet.
The Jenny Lynn is equipped with all the necessary safety gear, and then some. Onboard are the required type1 life jackets for both adults and children. In addition to them are the comfortable vest style PFDs for children (babies, small and large children), and the low profile inflatables for anyone adults who would feel more comfortable wearing a PFD. In addition to the required throw cushion, there is also a life ring prominently displayed.
In addition to the required first aid kit, the Jenny Lynn is equipped with an AED.
